Our rider will do their best to contact you and leave it in a safe space. If this is not possible we will attempt to deliver the order at a later date. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Something is wrong with my order

We’re so sorry to hear that your order may have gone wrong. We deal with each scenario on a case by case basis so please get in contact with us at hello@sojo.uk and let us know your order number and what the issue is. We will see how we can help!

How are the clothes packaged?

Please give your items to our riders in a (preferably sustainable!) bag. We will return this to you with your items (if you're lucky these will all be within a re-useable Sojo jute bag).
